The wine comes from five old vine Grenache plots from different areas of Labastida grown on very poor soils.
Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels, then clarified and bottled without filtration. The wine is kept in bottle for another 12 months before release.
Color: Cherry red with a purple rim.
Aroma: Red fruits and apple preserve with a hint of caramel.
Taste: Bold and fruity on the palate. Elegant and silky with good acidity that makes the wine fresh.
