This cuvee was created in 2005 to honor Nicolas's first daughter Anais. Caprice d'Anais means "Anais' Whim".
Pale pink with salmon hues. The aromatic nose is dominated with floral and fruity notes. The flavors are similar, making this fresh and zesty wine quite quaffable.
Great on its own during summer time, it will also pair very well with grilled salmon, salads, roasted chicken or any white meat dish.
"Pale, onion skin color. Fresh citrus fruits and red berries on the nose and palate. Brisk and tightly wound, with a gripping, taut finish that features suggestions of redcurrant and orange pith. - Josh Raynolds"
