Couvreur Mrs Couvreur' Choice
France - Burgundy - Bouze-Les-Beaune

Mrs Couvreur' Choice by Michel Couvreur is a 14 year old Single Malt Whisky, produced in very limited quantity - only 1,200 bottles. Distilled on November 2001. Each bottle is numbered by hand. Matured in a sherry cask of Pedro Ximenez in a Burgundian cave, then bottled at natural cask strength, 52% vol.

Golden, bright color. The nose is complex and intense with hints of salt and spices, and subtle notes of tobacco and leather, evolving on very soft, caramelized aromas. The palate is powerful and lively, marked by peat, spices, toasty and grilled flavors in a velvety texture. Very long finish with licorice and smoked tea nuances.
