Distilled in Scotland on January 19th 2005, wholly matured in a Palo Cortado cask in our Burgundian Caves. Bottled at strength on May 13th 2020.
Flavors of Sherry, elegant et subtile. Very precise and clean. Almond and beans savors following by a very light, roasted coffee character. Soft and mellow finish, very persistent.
Palo Cortado Sherry cask is very rare, not easy to find. It's a special denomination between Oloroso and Amontillado. Fine and oxydative style. 48,50% natural strength make alcohol is soft and non agressive.
